The week of the hair guys -- that's what Frank calls him and Wil being up on the block. Boogie and Frank are in the red nomination chairs, spewing hatred for the rest of the people in the house.
Where Everyone Stands
Wil and Danielle share a moment when she tells him he's not the target. Wil also cries a little, saying that he doesn't think he's cut out for the game because no one seems to like him. They console each other, Wil believes that he's not the target this week, and they cry in each other's arms.
I have no idea where Wil stands, who he's working with or who he hates, which could be dangerous. Jenn and Joe are pretty much MIA. It's not that they're even floaters, it's they don't matter in any way shape or form to the game.
Ian is the Lone Ranger now that the teams have dismantled, and Boogie only wants to work with Frank. So Ian approaches Dan, Danielle, Britney and Shane -- one strong alliance -- and they become the Quack Pack.
I'm not really sure where Janelle stands either -- she damaged her ties with Britney, and her players don't seem interested in working with her, and the rest of the house doesn't like her.
In the Crosshairs
Janelle, after pleading her case against Frank, starts talking game with him, saying she has no one in the house and wants to work with him. Britney happens to see them talking together since they're in the very private place known as the BATHROOM.
Britney and Danielle then go off on how much they hate Janelle. Meanwhile, Dan's there listening to them vent. He calls it petty talk, and he has to deflect that because he still has the dream of the four coaches blowing through the game together. At this point, it's wishful thinking.
POV Competition
For the Power of Veto competition, Shane, Jenn and Ian are chosen. It's a baseball-type game, where they "throw" pitches that land in a numbered slot. Every round, the person with the lowest score is eliminated, and then picks a "prize."In Round 1, Shane is eliminated and picks the power of veto.
Then, Wil scores the lowest, picking a veto ticket which he trades for the veto. His logic is, why keep a veto ticket if he's not sure he'll be in the house next week to play it?In Round 3, Jenn is out, winning a Maui vacation. The vacation might be more grueling for her than being in the house.
Then, Ian is out. He gets the "prize" of being a dog for 24 hours ... and decides to keep it. Oh, Ian. Just because you do all these punishments doesn't mean that when your time comes on the block, people will be sympathetic to your idiocy.
In the final round between Frank and Danielle ... Danielle wins! Frank goes for $5,000 and trades it for the power of veto. He says he hopes Danielle takes the Maui vacation or the money. Dream on. Danielle takes the power of veto!
YOU Get an Alliance, and YOU Get an Alliance!
With no way of saving Frank, Boogie goes to work. He brings up backdooring Janelle to Danielle, who jumps on the idea. It was a little too easy, even for Boogie. He then talks to Dan, who he knows is going to be tougher. While they're talking, Britney and Janelle join them, and Janelle actually digs her own grave. She can't promise she will vote Wil out to work with Frank and Boogie. Boogie then flat out says in front of everyone that he doesn't trust Janelle.
This solidifies Britney and Dan's stance that Janelle needs to be backdoored. Thus the Silent Six is born -- Britney, Danielle, Shane, Dan, Frank and Boogie. Wow, that's one big alliance! And Britney/Shane/Danielle/Dan have put themselves in a powerful position. They basically made two side alliances while having one of their own. I'd love to see them tear up the game and actually be the final four standing.
Blindsided
The POV ceremony is entertaining because Janelle has no idea what's about to happen. She says later that she wishes she had put on makeup, that's how much she was caught off guard. And the icing on the cake is Britney and Boogie both giving Oscar-worthy performances looking shocked at the turn of events.
